Hotel Pinzolo Dolomiti

The room I booked did not reflect what was advertised at all (I booked through booking and when selecting the room the photos were very different!). The bathroom was very dated compared to the photos, where they all seem to have been redone: mine had a tub without even a curtain. The window frames in the room were dripping with condensation and there was a television (far too large) hanging flush from the ceiling. The bed had springs and we felt them all! Furthermore, traveling with a 10 month old baby, I received a dirty and very worn cot. It's a shame because the location is excellent. Conclusion: Terrible quality/price ratio.

Hotel with very classic finishes, very spacious and practical room with balcony, given the large amount of furniture. Too bad about the "double" bed, two single beds with uncomfortable box springs... after days of walking, rest is essential and unfortunately we didn't rest very well there. Good bathroom both in terms of space and more modern finishes, pity that the toilet was 20 cm from the shower cubicle. The Phone should be updated or removed as it is useless. The breakfast, right for the quality/price ratio, two notes: 1. If breakfast ends at 10.00, if anything runs out you must replace it until that time. 2. The whole breakfast listening to the business of the employees who tell each other their business could be avoided. Having said that, the stay was good, with little we could resolve the "bed" issue which in 2022 seems truly archaic to me, rest is essential to make the most of every day of walking or relaxing.
